What is this blue stuff anyway? How does it stay so cold?

So if you have experienced knee pain or your knee feels a little shaky or unstable sometimes, there are 4 exercises you can do just about anywhere and at any time to help with that. I thought about telling you about them, but I decided to film half of my face while I talked to you about these exercises. Basically you are looking to strengthen up the muscles surrounding and supporting your knee. The first one is really good because you can do it at work. Get in shape on the clock!
