I can't workout today, I only got 9 hours of sleep

Here is the schedule for week 2. I am sending this to everybody to let you know Wednesday will be Bring a Friend Day for any past campers or any guests looking to pay a visit. You will have to look at the workout, it's not one you want to miss. Here is the schedule for next week.

W-Whiny Wednesday (Anybody remember last time?)/Bring a Friend Day*
H-Obstacle Course
F-Buns of Bricks, 6 Packs of Steel
*If you are coming this day I need you to write down your favorite excuses you like to use to skip out on exercise. You can do several if you like, but write them down. Got another plan for them.
