PB and J Smoothie


  • 1 scoop Vanilla ProGrade Protein
  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon natural peanut butter
  • 5 frozen strawberries
  • 5 ice cubes
