The body is meant to move, so here are the 7 basic movement patterns your workouts should consist of. 1.Push (pushup for example) 2. Pull (row) 3. Squat (um a squat) 4. Lunge 5. Bend (deadlift) 6. Twist (torso rotations) 7. Step (walk or run)
