You won't fix it over night, you may not even fix it in a year. But you have to keep going. Do you worry about your weight or body every day, but do nothing about it? That is the absolute worse. It eats you alive. Remember this simple AAA phrase. Action. Alleviates. Anxiety. You will feel so much better if you just do something! Start with a short walk, 5 pushups, 1 healthy meal. Just start.
