As were putting up our Christmas tree last night I was reminded of one of my favorite memories from childhood. I thought I would share that tender moment with you.

We used to have real Christmas trees growing up and I continue that tradition to this day. It smells great and I have a love of sweeping needles up…

Luckily Christmas tree stand have come a long way. Unfortunately for my dad, that was not the case back in the day.

On year we got a beautiful tree, my dad set it up, and my mom decorated it. The house was so festive and the spirit of the season was in our home.

And then it happened.

The tree went down hard. Cats and ornaments scattered everywhere. After this had happened multiple times my dad got fed up, grabbed a hammer and some rope, and nailed the tree to the living room wall. It was awesome!

What does that have to do with you? One, maybe you are having trouble with your Christmas tree and you need a new method. Two, maybe you are having trouble with your health and fitness and you need a new method.
